If you can already navigate a DAW, build a basic loop, and understand the fundamentals of a track, you are ready for this course. This program is designed specifically for producers who are in the "stuck in the loop" phase and need professional mentoring to finish, mix, and master their music for release.

As part of the application process, we request that potential students send us any demos they may have at any stage of development. Please contact us to enquire about the course and send us a private link so that our tutors can listen and provide feedback, as this will also help us determine whether you are a good candidate for the course.

Absolutely. Unlike our Beginner Production Course (which focuses on Ableton Live or Logic Pro), the Advanced Production Course supports any DAW.

The curriculum focuses on universal high-level techniques, such as advanced arrangement, EQ, compression, sound design, and mastering, that apply to FL Studio, Cubase, Bitwig, Pro Tools, or any other software you prefer.

This is the primary objective of the course and a significant advantage of pursuing this career pathway.

Throughout the 12 weeks, you will work on an EP under your tutor's guidance. Upon completion, we offer our graduates the opportunity to have their best work signed and released globally on our exclusive label, Fresh Beats Records.

We manage the distribution to Spotify, Beatport, Apple Music, and all principal digital platforms, providing you with an official artist discography to launch your career.

While not strictly mandatory, we highly recommend having a decent pair of studio monitors or high-quality studio headphones at this level.

You will be learning precise mixing and mastering techniques, so being able to hear the details in your audio is important for getting professional results.

You will receive mentorship from industry veterans such as Mat Lomas, an engineer from Goldsmiths University and an accomplished producer and educator, as well as Pablo Ranacat, who serves as LSEM Director and has releases with Mobilee and Defected.

They bring decades of experience in touring, engineering, and label management, offering you real-world feedback on your music, not just textbook theory.

The course is fully optimised to run Online via Zoom, guaranteeing a seamless experience regardless of your location. However, we offer two flexible ways for London-based students to access our pro studios at Qube Elephant & Castle.

Option 1: The Full Studio Upgrade (£295) If you want the full experience, you can "pledge" to upgrade to in-person classes for the entire 3-month course.

• The Cost: A flat fee of £295 (in addition to your tuition).

• How it works: You tick the "Studio Interest" box when you apply. You do not pay the upgrade fee yet.

• The Trigger: Two weeks before the start date, if your cohort has at least 3 students interested, we "unlock" the studio and send you the payment link. If the group is too small, the course runs online, and you pay nothing extra. Zero risk.

Option 2: The "Studio Takeover" Drop-In (£40/session) If the full studio cohort doesn't form, or if you just want to meet up occasionally, you aren't locked out! Once the course starts, your group can arrange ad-hoc in-person sessions for specific topics (like Mixing or Jamming).

• The Cost: £40 per student, per session.

• The Trigger: Simply agree on a date with 2 other classmates (min. 3 total), and we will book the room for you.

Crucially, the learning results are identical. Whether you are in the studio or at home, everyone connects to the same high-resolution audio stream and screen share. This ensures the whole class interacts in real-time, so you never miss a beat regardless of your location.

Yes. You gain exclusive access to our Student Members' Area, which hosts full video recordings of every live session.

If you missed a class or want to review a complex mixing technique, you can watch the replay at your own pace. You will also receive detailed course notes, a summary of each class, and a comprehensive online syllabus.

Yes. Beyond the release, we integrate you into the industry.

We host alumni radio shows on Netil Radio and Bloop London, where we invite our graduates as guests and broadcast their completed tracks.

Additionally, our graduates gain access to our exclusive WhatsApp network for collaborations, and DJ/Producers may be invited to perform at our official Fresh Beats Club Nights.

To ensure professional-grade feedback, we keep our advanced cohorts small, with a maximum of 6 students.

This ensures your tutor has time to listen to your specific track details during the lesson and help you overcome your specific production roadblocks.

Yes. A key module of the course covers Mixdown and Mastering essentials.

You will learn how to prep your tracks for labels, apply final polish for punch and clarity, and understand the technical requirements for streaming platforms so your music stands up against professional commercial releases.

• Music Theory Hacks: Write emotional chords and melodies without classical training.

• The "Unstuck" Method: Proven formulas to turn an 8-bar loop into a finished track.

• Genre Analysis: Deconstruct the specific style you want to make (Techno, House, DnB, Disco, Pop, Hip-Hop, etc).
