Student Withdrawal - Group Courses Continuity We understand that life can sometimes interrupt even the best-laid plans, and we're sympathetic to students who may need to leave a course unexpectedly. However, when a student withdraws from a 3-month course before completion, it impacts the entire structure, setup, and financing of the program. To prioritise your spot, we may have chosen you based on your commitment and demonstrated talent and passion, choosing you over other applicants who were also eager to join. By confirming your place, we organised our resources and schedules around the cohort as a whole. Adjusting the course structure after it has begun presents logistical and financial challenges for your classmates, tutor, and our overall program. When a student withdraws, the remaining participants may experience a reduction in class time or an increase in fees to cover the missing contribution. This means that, depending on availability, we may adjust sessions from 3 hours to 2 hours or offer the option for students to continue with 3-hour sessions at an additional cost. To support our students, we offer a financing option that allows course fees to be spread over three months interest-free. While many programs require full payment upfront, our approach aims to keep education accessible to all. If notice of withdrawal is given with at least a week’s advance, we will attempt to fill the vacated spot. However, beyond this timeframe, securing a replacement becomes challenging. For these reasons, we cannot issue a refund for the second or third month of the course. Furthermore, students are required to complete the three-month payment in the event of withdrawal, and an administrative fee may be imposed to compensate for the additional expenses and course disruptions. We strive to balance the interests of all students and ensure the continuity of our programs, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. What happens if I am unable to attend a class during a group course? When you book a course, you enter a fixed schedule for the entirety of the course. It is important to understand that the course is advertised on a specific day of the week that everybody agrees on by booking the course. Once enrolled, it is your responsibility to attend the classes for the duration of the course. If you are unable to attend a class, you will, unfortunately, miss the class with no refunds given.
